This depends on your dog's neck size. Our sizes range from S to L and from 25-60cm circumference. The small size comes with a single band while M and L come with a double band. Simply measure around your dog's neck where his current collar sits and compare the measurement to our sizing chart.

It’s important to get the size of your dog’s collar right. Too loose and he may slip out, or get it caught on something. Too tight and it may cause discomfort and injury or make it harder for your dog to breathe. For our standard collars, it’s important to keep the “two-finger” rule in mind. Use a tape measure to check the circumference of your dog’s neck and choose a collar that fits within the size range. Don’t just rely on your old collar for measurements, as both your dog’s neck and his collar can change shape over time. Make sure you can fit at least two fingers between your dog’s neck and his collar. 

When it comes to our Martingale collars, it’s important to measure the head instead of the neck and the “two-finger” rule doesn’t apply. When you’ve wrapped the tape snugly around your dog’s head, there should be no extra room between his head and the measuring tape.
