I had tried a few lights, that I could never see or broke but this Artic Sammy is great. We walk off leash in darkness and I can see where my dog is even when she’s far away. It’s secure to her collar, doesn’t fall off if she shakes. It sticks out enough to not be covered by fur or rolls. Loving it so far.

This should not be a big issue. We recommend not turning it on and letting it dry for a couple of days before using it again. Do not charge the light when it is wet.
The light is designed for you to see your dog at night or in poor light conditions.It is not as bright as a torch - this would disturb your dog's night vision and potentially harm his eyes.
