FAQ

We understand that having to buy multiple collars throughout puppyhood can be uncomfortable. However, any piece of gear should have the right fit to avoid injuries, skin irritations and the chance of slipping out of it and escaping.

We are trying our best to avoid this to save you time and effort of organising the return. However, these things can happen as every dog has it's unique features! Simply visit or Resolution Center and we will take care of the rest.

For our dog collars, we recommend using the "two-fingers" rule. All you have to do is place two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck while pulling back on the collar very gently. If you can comfortably fit two fingers in, the collar is the right size. If you can’t move your fingers at all, the collar is too tight.
