If your dog is between two sizes, you can choose either of them. If you like your collar to be a bit thicker, choose the bigger size. Should you prefer it to be less bulky, then we recommend the smaller size. While adjusting the size, you "double up" the band while making it smaller which makes the collar overall thicker around your dog's neck.

We do not recommend a Martingale Collar for a puppy. The best collar for a puppy is a flat collar!  

We are trying our best to avoid this to save you time and effort of organising the return. However, these things can happen as every dog has it's unique features! Simply visit or Resolution Center and we will take care of the rest.

No. Our Martingale Collars are equipped with a stopper function - the collar will stop tightening at a certain point. Simply adjust the collar to the exact size of your dog's neck to avoid choking.
