Our warranty covers manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, giving you peace of mind on every adventure.

Like any dog gear, our products are designed to be used as intended. While they are built to withstand everyday adventures, they aren’t indestructible, and some types of damage are unfortunately outside the scope of our warranty.

Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by chewing.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, incorrect storage or modifications to the product.
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Lost products or products that cannot be inspected.
• Products purchased through unauthorised resellers or private sellers (such as Facebook Marketplace, TradeMe or similar platforms).
• Incorrect sizing. If your product doesn’t fit, we’re happy to help with an exchange in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Before submitting a warranty claim

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• The email address used when placing your order.
• One close-up photo of the damage.
• One photo showing the entire product.

This helps us assess your claim as quickly as possible.

Once you’ve submitted your request, please allow 2–3 business days for our team to review everything and get back to you.
