If your dog decides to turn their leash or collar into a snack, it won’t be covered under warranty — but don’t worry, we do offer repairs for chewed gear. Just email us at mail@arcticsammy.co.nz and we’ll help you out.
We’ll always cover any manufacturing faults or material defects for the expected life of the product.

We purchased the Barney style QR code dog ID tag with thoughts on how useful for others it might be. It turns out it’s great fun to set up too. We were able to download photos of our boy, give key information on how he might react when found, if he is able to travel in a vehicle, food allergies etc. making if he ever is lost a better experience for him and whomever finds him. With the main goal of him being safely returned to us in the quickest amount of time possible. Add as much or as little information you find relevant, and like us have some fun with it.
