Lifetime Warranty - Really?

Yes - as long as you use the dog gear like you would use any other dog gear! As all of us dog owners know, a dog can chew through anything they put their mind to, so as long as you're not giving the lead, collar, or other products to your dog as a chew toy, we can guarantee it'll last forever. Any product that shows obvious signs they've been chewing on the product we cannot cover as it clearly does not fall within the normal use intention stated above. We offer lead and collar repairs should puppy chew threw the gear - just reach out to us mail@arcticsammy.co.nz and we will take care of it.

We'll still cover all manufacturing faults or material defects for as long as the product, materials or components can be expected to last.

Please note: Toys, LED Dog Light and ID Tags are excluded from our Lifetime Warranty.

Great Product

Really happy with the arctic sammy leashes, the carabiners are really solid and have an additional twist mechanism so they cant be accidently opened but still easy enough to use one handed. I would buy again.

I love the splitter. I have 3 dogs and now I can take 3 dogs on one leach instead of 3 leach’s. More convenient.

We used these for first walk today. While the dogs were not tangled if one dog wants to sniff then the other dog needs to sniff. That said I love this item.

No problem at all! Simply choose one STANDARD and one LIGHT Splitter to accommodate both dogs

In theory yes. However, we recommend keeping it relatively short to stay in better control when walking 2 dogs.
