If your dog decides to turn their leash or collar into a snack, it won’t be covered under warranty — but don’t worry, we do offer repairs for chewed gear. Just email us at mail@arcticsammy.co.nz and we’ll help you out.
We’ll always cover any manufacturing faults or material defects for the expected life of the product.

The 2 rope strap is an interesting design. Feels really good quality, but it's too thick for my corgi. Would have been better for an in between width at avout 20cm. Colour is great tho

This depends on your dog's neck size. Our sizes range from S to L and from 25-60cm circumference. The small size comes with a single band while M and L come with a double band. Simply measure around your dog's neck where his current collar sits and compare the measurement to our sizing chart.
