Lifetime Warranty — Really?

Yes — we mean it! Our gear is built to last, and we stand behind it with a lifetime warranty on all products used as intended. That means normal use, not chew time — as every dog owner knows, a determined pup can shred just about anything!

If your dog decides to turn their leash or collar into a snack, it won’t be covered under warranty — but don’t worry, we do offer repairs for chewed gear. Just email us at mail@arcticsammy.co.nz and we’ll help you out.

We’ll always cover any manufacturing faults or material defects for the expected life of the product.

Please note: Toys, LED Dog Light, and ID Tags are excluded from our lifetime warranty.

We will email you a confirmation within one business day after your order is dispatched. Watch out for this email so you can track the progress of your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the time frame expected. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch (make sure you watch out for that dispatch email). Arctic Sammy does not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen packages.

Please note... As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Arctic Sammy will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you are familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes, as well as it’s rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products. If a delivery attempt has been made and the item was not collected and has been returned to us, you will be required to pay the re-delivery fee and the duty tax for re-import of the purchased items. If the duty tax is more then the value of the purchased items, we will abandon the package.

Please allow up to 3-4 business days for all items purchased through a sale to be packaged and shipped.

All New Zealand orders will be shipped with New Zealand Post. You will receive an email confirmation within one business day of your order being dispatched.

All international orders will be shipped either with DHL Express or NZ Post, depending on the shipping option selected.

Once we hand your order over to DHL, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. DHL will deliver your parcel to your country and hand it over to your local postal service for final delivery. You can track your package all the way to your doorstep.
