If your dog decides to turn their leash or collar into a snack, it won’t be covered under warranty — but don’t worry, we do offer repairs for chewed gear. Just email us at mail@arcticsammy.co.nz and we’ll help you out.
We’ll always cover any manufacturing faults or material defects for the expected life of the product.
Please note: Toys, LED Dog Light, and ID Tags are excluded from our lifetime warranty.

Great leash for keeping my dog at my side
Such an awesome leash, training my 5 month old German Shepherd to walk beside me instead of infront of me and this leash is an absolute game changer. The handle loop is a great size along with the chunky rope piece which is great for holding onto loosely but securely. Very glad I’ve come across this leash this soon, thank you Arctic Sammy for another great product at a great price!
The traffic leash is a must , so good for my dog when I want to keep her close beside me .
I have an Airedale terrier who is energetic and loves hikes and walks. This leash gives me better grip and control of my Airedale terrier. Best leash I have ever owned.

MOST COMMON QUESTIONS
Our leashes are the safest on the market. Strength tested at 500KG+, no dog will be able to break it. We even towed a car with it! (not recommended).
Unfortunately, no. You know, just like us, that dogs can chew through anything they put their mind to. The good news is: In most cases, we can repair your leash! Just send us a message and we will sort it out for you.
Yes you can! All our metal parts are either made of stainless steel or aluminium and are rust proof. We recommend giving your leash a quick rinse after a good swim to avoid long term corrosion.
