If your dog decides to turn their leash or collar into a snack, it won’t be covered under warranty — but don’t worry, we do offer repairs for chewed gear. Just email us at mail@arcticsammy.co.nz and we’ll help you out.
We’ll always cover any manufacturing faults or material defects for the expected life of the product.

I have a staffy who is strong on the lead. This lead is perfect for strong dogs. I love how I can run hands free and that there is plenty of lead in front so she does get caught up under my feet. Great quick delivery also. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, no. You know, just like us, that dogs can chew through anything they put their mind to. The good news is: In most cases, we can repair your leash! Just send us a message and we will sort it out for you.
Yes you can! All our metal parts are either made of stainless steel or aluminium and are rust proof. We recommend giving your leash a quick rinse after a good swim to avoid long term corrosion.
Yes it is! In fact, it is a very safe way of walking a not yet trustworthy dog as you are not running the risk of dropping the leash. On top, you have both hands free to use treats and hand signals during your training.
